You can amend your Insurastore self storage insurance policy online at your convenience. You can amend your policy to change the sum insured, goods covered and expiry date.
Step 1 - Login to the site
Click the login button and enter your email address and password to access your account.
If you have forgotten your login details, use the “Forgotten password” link to request your login details are emailed to you.
Step 2 - Select a policy to amend
Click “Amend or extend a policy” and then click “Amend policy” next to the policy you wish to update.
You can amend any of your active or pending policies.
Step 3 - Enter the new Sum Insured you require
Amend the value of goods you wish to cover. Domestic customers will be asked to provide details of any individual items valued at £5,000 or more if applicable.
Business customers will be asked to select the category of goods to be insured and confirm they understand the goods covered. A value for each category must be provided and the Sum Insured must match the total value of all the categories selected.
Step 5 - Review your amendment quote and pay
Review your amendment quotation, select your payment options, check the statements of confirmation and click “Pay” to purchase your self storage insurance policy.
