How to Make a Claim

Instigating a claim on your self storage insurance policy is easy. Just follow these simple steps.

Login to the site

Login using your email address and password.

Click Login to continue.

Select My account

Once logged in you can select My account to be taken to your active policies

Select make a claim

Select make a claim from the account options menu

Select a policy

Select a self storage insurance policy and click Claim to continue.

Confirm your claim

Confirm your claim details and click Send claim
