Access Keys.
This site uses access keys. Access keys are essentially keyboard shortcuts on a web site that give a keyboard or screen-reader* user quick and easy access to all the main areas of the site.
If you are using Windows Internet Explorer pressing the ALT key in combination with the access key will give focus to that specific link on the page. Press Enter to select that link.
If you are using a Macintosh pressing the CTRL key in combination with the access key will automatically send you to that specific page.
If you are using Firefox 2, pressing the SHIFT and ALT key in combination with the access key will automatically send you to that specific page.
The following access keys used on this site:
| Key | Page |
| H | Home: |
| A | About us: |
| U | Contact us: |
| F | Faqs: |
| M | My account: |
| L | Log in/Log out: |
| Q | Get a quote: |
| P | Amend a policy: |
| C | Make a claim: |
To help you remember the access keys while you browse the site, you may notice an underlined letter in certain links shown on the screen. This letter corresponds to the access key required to operate the link.
Please note: Your browser may or may not support access keys.
At the top of every page is a hidden link that is spoken by screen-reading software. It is the first link and, when selected, will make reading skip past the rest of the menu items and commence at the beginning of the main page content.
